Kimberly Douglas, Orange County, CA

Kimberly Douglas has been part of Sticky Fingers Cooking® since 2012 — and the operational powerhouse behind our systems as Chief Operations Officer. She can map a process, fix a snag, and still whip up a mean Green Thai Curry. After a decade shaping how SFC runs — and earning her MBA along the way — she’s now also a franchise owner. Kimberly knows a ripe opportunity when she sees one, and now she’s building her own slice of SFC success.
